    Trouble with Apex and Uverse

Hi. Hopefully somebody can help me out here. I have been trying to set up port forwarding on my uverse router, 2wire. After several hours, I still haven't gotten it to work. Is there a secret or something to this? I have followed the directions to a T from the manual, and have even tried changing stuff other times, but nothing I do allows me to access the Apex except from the home network.
I have tried several ips, from 192.168.1.13 all the way to ***.125, with 3 different ports, 8080, 2700, and 4140. No matter what I do, nothing works. Everything I have done matches what the manual shows in the pictures, but it just doesn't allow me to connect from my phone, or using dyndns, or typing the ip and port into my url.
Any help would be great. Thanks

Please post screen shots of the Apex network settings and the applicable router pages.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.

Actually I figured it out earlier this morning. I was looking at all settings again, and realized either the Gateway or Primary DNS or Secondary DNS was entered wrong, as I typed it in before. Just copied and pasted from the router and it started working.

Follow the instructions on this page

When it refers to ip address, use the LAN ip address for your apex listed in the display. In the port (or range) field enter the http port listed on the apex display for both from and to. In the map to host port field enter any number you wish that is easy to remember and between 1024 and 8192.
