Outlet Status Shows UNK

Why when using temp to control an outlet like a heater when it needs to call to be on the status shows UNK or the orange status like on the app. The outlet works correctly but shows UNK or orange light on app. Program is

If Temp < 77.0 Then HET ON
If Temp > 78.0 Then HET OFF
