    Profile Set-up

    I need some help with setting up profiles. When I go to the profiles setup page on the web interface and click on the Profile drop down box nothing happens. Am I missing a step here or is there another problem?

    Have you recently updated the Apex firmware? If so, did you do the web page update as well, and clear your browser cache afterward?

    Willy,

    Did you clear your web browser cache and log out and back into the Apex Dashboard ....if so....

    Then go back to the firmware and update the web portion of the firmware and the clear the cache of the browser and log back into the apex and see if that fixed your issues. ( I have had to do this 3 times once.)

    I'll give this a try when I get home. I was able to modify profiles in Fusion.
