    It looks like this thread might be dead...but I'll see if anyone out there can help. I've got a couple FI9826W Foscams for my tank, one for the tank, one for the sump. I have them all set up and they work from my phone, etc. At this point I'm trying to get them (or even one) to work in Fusion. So...

    I used the suggested url:

    http://Your_Camera_IP_Address:Port/c...&format=1&usr= User_Name&pwd=Password

    I got back the expected:

    <CGI_Result>
    <result>0</result>
    </CGI_Result>

    I then tried the streaming url:

    http://Your_Camera_IP_Address:Port/c...e&pwd=Password

    And it tries and tries but nothing streaming comes through on any browser I've tried. I tried putting that url in Fusion but that didn't work either. I even did a TinyURL and that didn't work.

    Any suggestions? There MUST be something simple I'm missing here...

    I know you said it's working when viewing on your mobile however; does it work outside your home network? There could be a port forwarding issue, these cams (I have 6 Foscams) all require a static IP and an open port to be viewed outside of your home network setup. It is also infinitely simpler if you have a DNS type service, most newer routers have that feature...

    My first guess is the remote viewing (outside of your home network) is not configured correctly. That is likely why you can't see the images from Fusion...

    To further uwish's point, turn off wi-fi on your phone when in your home (so it forces your phone to cellular) and try those links. If they don't work, then it's a port forwarding issue.

    Sorry for the delay in responding. Guys, I really wish it was that simple. I have port forwarding set up correctly. We use the actual IP when connecting on our internal network and an external IP when connecting externally (at work, on cellular, etc.). I have no issues connecting to the cameras from my work computer or from my iPhone when I'm not at home. I just can't get the streaming url to work.

    then it has to be the url you are using in Fusion...are you using a tinyurl or something similar? That is the only thing that is left.

    I noticed in the specs of the 19826W that it streams H.264. Does it also stream MJPEG? I want to assume so, since some of you are saying that it does work in Fusion?

    Honestly, it should be a first diagnosis of URL use after an already established MJPEG link is active outside the apex dash.

    I used the goo.gl service it binds to your google account. you need to make 2 URL forwards 1 for internal network use and 1 for external network use.

    the HD looks fantastic on the dash btw

    Can I ask how you got this to work? What firmware version are you running?

    I have researched and it appears I have the wrong username/password combo. I am able to view from withing network and outside network so port forwarding is working. Without getting the 0 result above I cannot get video using the long url provided.
    I am using this for command:
    http://xx.xx.40.241:3680/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?usr=myusernamehere&mypasswordhere=&c md=setSubStreamFormat&format=1

    I was finally able to work on this again and got it up and running. I was not able to get the code to work in chrome or IE but it worked just fine in Safari.

    I am having Chrome issues as well... video authentication

    I have http://user:password@URL:8082/img/video.mjpeg set in Fusion in Safari on a mac and on iOS loads fine both in the dashboard and expanded window. If I try on chrome on the mac I get the broken image icon. If I take the same url from fusion and open in a new tab the video opens in top left corner just fine. At that point when I go back to fusion and refresh the video loads just fine. Seems like Chrome is having an authentication issue. Any one have similar issues? I tried setting my fusion username and password to the same as the camera user but that seems to have no affect.

    This URL worked for me after trying for over a year I gave up, but then stumbled across this somewhere.
    http://xx.xxx.xx.xxx:yy/cgi-bin/CGIStream.cgi?cmd=GetMJStream&usr=aaaaaaa&pwd=ppp

    In the above the x's represent your IP address. If you are sitting at home on your computer connected to your local network then use your local IP address. The Y's are your camera's port number. In the later part of the URL, the a's represent my username for the login of the camera and the P's are it's password.

    If you want to see your camera away from home, then you can add another URL into the fusion wizard, using the same one except for the IP address you will need to put in your WAN ip address. Found by going to sites like ipmonkey.com and using the same port as long as you have enabled port forwarding for your camera's port on your router.

    I have the same camera as you do and i got it to work using this. Make sure the camera is connected to your router and working either via ethernet or wirelessly. I prefer hard wired but location and ports on your router may limit you.

    I have a couple ip cameras
    ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01...ilpage_o00_s00 )
    that require login info and a plugin to work on a browser. Is there a way to connect a camera like this to the Fusion website? If not, whats the best camera to get for this purpose? they work great on the android app and web browser ( after you install the plugin into the browser ). But I don't think fusion will work with this plugin and I don't know of a work-around for this......would hate to have to buy new cameras just to get video on Fusion but............................
