    temp and ph probe spiking down

    through the day my probes will spike down and then back to normal any ideas please

    Something's not right with that logging data.

    Those dates are all over the place. Is that data coming from a single log - is that just a display of your Log Data web page?

    they were sever spots over last day,, I was told to change interval times and delete some old logs but don't understand how to telnet into apex my ip address is http://192.168.1.250:733/nstatus.sht and that displays my apex but not sure were to go after that i looked a page 123 on manual but don't really understand

    Your best bet then is to place a ticket with support. They can clean up your logs and then you can go from there.

    here is a quick tutorial on how to telnet in to delete logs. support can do this very easily if you have trouble with this procedure.

    1. make sure telnet is enabled. here is a link on how to enable it on windows 8. http://www.itworld.com/software/2277...lnet-windows-8

    2. go into command prompt and enter telnet 192.168.1.250

    3. enter your login credentials

    4. type in dirlogs. that will show you the filenames of all logs on your apex

    5. type in del logs/filename that you want to delete. in the example below, I wanted to delete the probe data on 7/17/14
