AC jr---A01 not working in any mode

My DC8 (outlet 1) has quit working. It has been working flawlessly up until today.

At first, I got the "U" symbol. Init mem and reprogrammed everything-seemed fine. Now, again the outlet will not come on in any mode, but at least the U is gone. It has the light on status symbol-but no power.

I think I have tried about everything.

I'm assuming you tried manual ON already.

Can you read the serial number on the DC8? If the serial is 9999 or lower, that outlet is switched by a relay which may have gotten stuck. It might become unstuck if you rap it firmly with a balled fist or tap with a mallet near the outlet.

If the serial is 10000+, it has a TRIAC (a solid state switch) so the smack it trick won't help.

In either case, you can contact Neptune support about getting it repaired.

Is it the same with outlet 2 Russ? Mine has the same situation but, when I receive it, that happened with Outlet 1, then I do not know why, the 1 start to work, but the 2 stoped.
