    Dc4 issue

If power is interrupted to the apex as soon as it is restored the dc4 outlets are all on. The display shows them as off or in auto but not activated. Why is this happening? It is only on the dc4.

    These are The programs

    OSC 000:00/001:34/058:26 Then ON
If pH > 8.40 Then OFF
If Outlet APEX-OFF = OFF Then OFF

    OSC 030:00/001:45/028:15 Then ON
If pH > 8.40 Then OFF
If Outlet APEX-OFF = OFF Then OFF

    Set OFF
    If Sw1 CLOSED Then ON
    If Sw2 OPEN Then OFF
    If Sw3 OPEN Then OFF
If Outlet APEX-OFF = OFF Then OFF

The DC series of power bars lacks the fallback capability of the EB series. I suspect that what's happening is until the controller fully restarts and can run through its program one time, the DC outlets could be anything and the controller doesn't know about them. Remember, with the DC it's a one-way communication. The EB series communicates BACK to the controller but the DC series can't.

I thought so as well but it took awhile for me to frantically try to start up fusion before I just ended up using the display. The funny thing is that the first time the power just flickered. Later it completely went out for a minute or so and I ran in to the tank room to see if it did it again and it hadn't.
