What firmware version is running on the Apex? If it's 4.32-xxxx, is logging enabled for the heater outlet?

Is the heater outlet in Auto? Post your heater outlet programming please.

Set it to manual OFF for about 30 seconds, then to ON for about 30 seconds, then set it back to Auto.

Go to XML->Outlet XML. Look at the logged entries at the bottom of the displayed page. You should see the changes in outlet state there, similar to this:

    <record><date>08/24/2014 08:40:10</date>
    <name>Heater</name>
    <value>ON</value></record>
    <record><date>08/24/2014 08:40:40</date>
    <name>Heater</name>
    <value>OFF</value></record>

The go to the Graphs page to see if the heater outlet shows any activity.

Ok, yes, I see the activity in the Outlet XML and the graph.

So the next question if why don't I see activity over several days?

    Interesting...

    See attached pic...

May more days graphed. Looks strange.

Here's the code behind the heater outlet.

    Fallback OFF
If Temp < 77.3 Then ON
If Temp > 77.8 Then OFF

With that programming, the heater outlet will not turn on until the temp drops to 77.2. According to that temp graph, the heater would not have been on at all on the 20th - today. What's the lowest temp shown on that 7-day graph for the 17th and 18th?

Drag and zoom on just the lower data points for the 17th and 18th, then post that screen shot please.
