Hi i just update my apex to the newest software and now my dashboard is empty
any idea of what is wrong

You've updated the web pages after the actual firmware update, right? Did you watch that web page update closely and ensure every page updated correctly? Sometimes, I find not every one does and I must rerun the web page update over again to catch the stragglers. Lastly, ensure you have cleared your browser cache.

+1 to Bert's post. There is no Help menu item on the top menu, which indicates that you probably didn't update the web pages after updating the firmware.

yes I did update my webpages and yes it was 100% and it say update successful
