cant pair hydra

Hi everyone i have a hydra with the awm, i cant connect with the AWM , the software for the module and the hydra is updated with the instructions that i see in other posts, in fact both LEDS (in the lamp and the AWM) are green, the only thing that i can do is turn on or off the lights, but the profiles that i prepare doesnt work. when the light is on the LED in the hydra change from green to white.

please i have like two months dealing with this issue, can anyone help me?

If your fixtures connect you'll see their status lights flickering as the AWM talks to them. They won't be solid. Also, there will be an outlet created for each fixture automatically by the system called 'Hydra_x_y' where 'x' is the module number of the AWM and 'y' is a sequential number beginning at 1. So if you don't have both of those then your fixtures haven't paired with your AWM.

What I've found works is to first go to the Module Setup web page, and select your AWM module. That will give you the box with the AWM options.

Then, turn any other Hydra fixtures other than the one you're pairing off.

Hold the button on the fixture in for about 7 seconds until it flashes red quickly. Then click on the 'attach' icon on the module setup web page.

It will take a second or so for the pairing to happen and the outlet to get created. It may not show on your dashboard. Go into the Configuration - Outlet web page and scroll down to find it.

thanks aquamanic , in fact i already have the outlets , the problem is that the profile doesnt work, the only thing that can be done is turn on or off the equipment, i took some pictures of the configuration

OK, your AWM is Module #5?

And if you set Hydra_5_1 to OFF the fixture turns OFF?

The instructions work, but each step requires a 'processing time' and your instincts lead you to go 'ok did that, next'.

I struggled until I slowed way way WAY down and let each step process. Then it worked the next try lol

If you can turn it on and off using the Hydra_5_1 outlet, then it is paired. What are the profiles you are trying to use? Post the programming for that outlet, and provide the details of the profiles being used by that programming.
