    Wxm and Mp40

I am having trouble connecting the two pumps to the module. I had it working perfectly until a snail caused a low voltage error. I purchased a new wetside and tried every possible resetting, firmware update option available.

I tried different aqua buses and performed soft and hard resets, I have the latest version of Neptune software.

Just can't seem to recognize and pick up the wireless signal to control the pumps.

Any ideas... help will be greatly appreciated.

To connect, you have to go back to the 'clear memory' step and start there. I don't know if you've done that but if not, they're not going to re-connect.

Also, make sure only one pump is powered at a time while you pair them with the WXM.

I've have always had them both on. Clear memory is the same as soft reboot?

Still having a world of trouble connecting the wwm. Any other ideas? I restarted the apex and tried only connecting 1 pump, I also tried changing the frequency channel.

    No, not even close.

The instructions in the WXM manual will tell you the button sequence to clear a pump's memory.

This is how I am resetting:

    a. With the pump powered on, press and hold the Set and Mode buttons (about 3 seconds) until the pump’s LED flashes red/white/blue. Release the buttons.
    b. Press and hold the Mode button (about 3 seconds) until the pump’s LED flashes purple/red. Release the button.
    c. Press and hold the Set button (about 3 seconds) until the pump

Once you clear the memory (and with any other pump drivers powered off) then go through the steps to pair the pump and create the virtual outlet. Once you get that, you can test by setting the virtual outlet to ON or OFF and observing the wet side of the pump.

I don't understand what you mean by the system not recognizing the pumps wireless signal. Do you have the pump within a couple feet of the WXM?

I do.. When it was operating correctly it would automatically create an outlet that was named vortec.. Etc. Now I am struggling with trying to connect the pump or having the apex system recognize the pump exists.

Best to email support then. They may have to work through it with you 1:1.
