    Am I connected?

I am out of town and for the past few hours when I try to connect to fusion on my iPad, iPhone, or laptop I get the error message that says I am not connected to fusion, I can see the dashboard behind this message box. The clock is keeping the correct time. The temp and ph have changed. So am I really disconnected? What can I do since the error message blocks me from accessing the dashboard. I know the my apex lite is working because I have a dropcam and can see the fuge lights go on.

Your controller is probably running its programs just fine. For whatever reason, it's no longer talking to Fusion.

If you can get someone to cycle the power to your controller, that may fix it.

I'm confused. If the controller is not communicating with Fusion then how is the time, temp and PH being updated?
is there anything I can do from here? I need to turn on a pump to replenish top off water.

The time is your PC's time.

Unless you have already configured traditional port forwarding, you're not going to be able to access your controller remotely. Best bet is to get someone to restart your controller if possible. There's a good chance that's all it will take to re-establish communications with Fusion.

Thanks for the help. Does it matter if I do a reboot from the display or just unplug it and then replug it back in? I'm sending someone over there that's really doesn't know about this stuff. Unplugging would be much simpler and less stressful for me.

    Either is fine.
