Will Apex Jr work?

Hey all,
A little info: I've been the the reefing hobby for 20+years and have always used regular outlet timers to control my tank, But have always been interested in the Apex system. Recently I won a Brand new Apex Jr. in a raffle and was wondering if it will work for my needs and what addition parts I'll need?

My reef consists of a 120gallon display with 40gallon sump
what I want to control on it:
1-return pump 100watt
1-600watt heater
2-250watt MH's on/off at different times
1-48 led actinic strip dimable
1-display ph probe
1-calcium reactor ph probe + controll co2 solenoid

I currently have the Apex jr which I havent even opened the box and was wondering what extra part i'll need to get it to do what I listed above?

You'll need 2 PM1 in order to connect 2 pH probes, plus the probes. If the LED strip uses 0-10v dimming control, you'll need a VDM module. Plus your need an EnergyBar 4 or EnergyBar 8 for more outlets.

You will have maxed out the expansion capability of the Jr at that point.

Frankly, I think you'd be better off selling the Jr BNIB and putting the proceeds toward a full Apex system.

The full Apex starter system has the variable speed dimming ports and two pH ports built in, and comes with a pH probe. So you won't need to buy the additional PM1 modules or a VDM - just order an extra pH probe along with the Apex starter package.
