How do I down graphs so i can graph in Numbers

I'm trying to down load my parameter so that i can keep a record of the on my mac, and use number to graph them so i have a record of my probes, and readings. The Apex manual is over my head or designed for PC's only and not Mac.
Has anyone done it?

1. Go to the datalog page on the classic dashboard.

2. Set the duration to the desired number of days (up to 7 days retention)

3. Copy the table

4. Use paste special in excel or similar (cntl alt v)

5. From the popup dialog select paste as text

6. Move the data that you want to the spreadsheet of your choice for analysis, graphing, etc.

You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can PROVE it mathematically.
