Don't have a Kindle however, you can access the Google Android Market on your Kindle Fire to download other applications.Go the settings on your Kindle Fire, and select Device. Where it says “Allow Installation of Application”, change I from the default setting Off to On.
Then using your browser on the Kindle Fire, search for 4share.com. Search for an app you would like, but make sure you add “.apk” to your search in order to find the relevant Android application.
Finally, download the application and install it.

Might be worth a look, or if you can bookmark apexfusion.

Note I've not done this nor, know if it works, at you own risk be it..

Kindle runs Android and so it should be able to run the Apex app just fine. The issue will most likely be how to get it to the Kindle is it is not in the Amazon store.

I would not download the app from 4share.com but instead download it from the Play store or get a friend with an Android phone to do so if you do not have one.
    Then

    1. Get AirDroid from Google Play
    2. Access your phone using AirDroid from your PC web browser
    3. Go to Apps and select the installed app
    4. Click the "download" button to download the APK version of this app from your phone
    5. Use USB or AirDroid to install the APK on your Kindle Fire after making sure to "Allow Installation of Application From Unknown Sources"...

Re your question about Fusion, it's a web service so it should run on any browser. Certainly runs on the major ones like Safari, IE, Chrome and Firefox.
