APEX disconnected from FUSION
This is an odd one.
After 2 years of uninterrupted connectivity my APEX disconnected from Fusion last night and won't re-connect. It's a wired connection and I know it's working because I can connect directly to the APEX from where I work (I have the port opened in the firewall). There was no power failure or internet connectivity issues and I don't see any announcement of stop support for older versions (I'm running an older firmware).
Is there anyway to diagnose what the connection problem might be?

On my end it reports OK.
