My ATK stays in the off position even when the tank clearly needs more water.
I followed the instuctions and it wont do its job does anyone know what is going on with my device:(

I followed the instuctions and it wont do its job does anyone know what is going on with my device:(
It's probably the When statement locking out the pump.
If you turn it to manual ON, does the pump run?
If you turn it back to AUTO does the pump run?
You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
