EB6 staying on ......heater stays on too!

I'm having an issue with my EB6 staying on and as a result the heater stays on! Heater is set to Fallback off. when it first happened i lost control of all sockets so everything was on and couldn't be switched off (but was showing off in fusion and on the display). I did a module check and the display stated the EB6 was not working, I unplugged and started it again and rechecked to see the firmware was out of date. next I updated the firmware and all seemed good but problem has happened 2 more times since. I've also swapped aquabus cables and position of everything but it happened again tonight. any help greatly appreciated!

Is your EB6 going offline - does the status light show green or amber?

Something is inconsistent then. For all the outlets to not work it almost has to be offline. What in the Module Status page told you it was not working?

If the status light is green and the controller can't communicate with it, then the EB is broken. I suspect it's something else but the symptoms you list don't quite match up.

OK, my guess is it was amber.

Any ideas and why it stays switched on when fallback is off?

The "Fallback" statement is there to set the state of the outlet in a case where the EBx will loose communication with the controller .

I had support on my system after firmware crashed system, yet they mention something about a UNK prefix on modules, which was not supposed to be there. After flashing system and starting from scratch, it went away.
