By default all new outlets and probes go in the unused tiles bin. In Fusion, click on the padlock icon then scroll up top left/right.

Also make sure the probe is enabled. From the Display Setup - pH Setup then select your probe using the arrows

Your first pH probe will be called that. The second pH2.

Make sure pH2 is enabled. See post #2.

Make sure you've dragged the probe tile to your Dashboard. See post #2 again.

If you've done both of those things, it takes a while for probe data to get downloaded initially to Fusion.

You can check if it's working by using the Display which is real-time. You can configure it from either the Display or if you have the native interface working, the Display web page. From the Display module, navigate to System - Display Setup - Home Display - Page 1. There you can select which probes to display. Remember you have 4 pages of display so if you don't see Page 1, use the left/right arrows to switch display pages.

now jam in front of the display. the 4 pages says the same:

    Clock : Enable
Probes line 1: if i enter there it says: LINE: Enable Left:temp right:ph

on the second page it says:
    Line:enable
left:CAL (this is the name i created for the ph Calclium reactor)
    right: Amp2_

so i didnt see any values...

Probes line 1: if i enter there it says: LINE: Enable Left:temp right:ph
That's good. You have 2 probe lines and each line has a left side and a right side. So on your display you've selected the temp probe and your pH probe. Make sure you select OK to save. You won't see any values in the setup menu.

Now if you exit out of the menus and look at your display you should see those probes display their values.

yes i se the CAL on my display. but it reads zero.... on my dashboard same thing... maybe have i to re calibrate it?
it was calibrated but without use for about 6 weeks due to a tank upgrade... my concern is that it reads zero.... should it? or is there any other reason for that?

And you're 100% positive that the probe named 'CAL' is enabled? Calibration isn't the problem - it might read incorrectly but it would read something.

If the 2nd pH probe is connected to the pH2/ORP port on the Apex, make sure that ORP is disabled

By calibrating it with the 10 and 7 pH calibration solutions.

From what I've read here you shouldn't let it dry out. There's a water permeable bulb there that when dried will no longer function. If it will calibrate, it may work for a while.
