Salinity probe gone crazy?

Hi all, wondering if this has or is happening to anyone else. I setup my Apex's salinity probe a few weeks back and it was working just fine. Thursday before leaving for a few days, did a water change and dosed up on levels. New water and additives were introduced in the sump in front of the probe so it saw a temp change and such. So it freaked out going down to 25ppt. Now over the last 24 hours it's risen to 32ppt. I had a fellow reefer stop by and check it manually (refrac) and it's actually 35. Anyone else seen this? Is the temp spike enough to cause things to go wild?

More likely is some small air bubbles became trapped in the tip during your water change. Shake the probe to dislodge them if that's the problem.
