I just added two DC10 QD vortech pumps. I added the first following the steps, and then added the second. I am only showing one pump on the outlets. Is there a way to split them so I can have them run anti-parallel in some modes? Thanks!

They should each create their own outlet when you have finish the pairing process , check in the unused tile bin .

I looked in the outlets and I only see Vortech_3_1 no second pump....should I try and reset my second vortech?
Post a screen shot of your module set up page showing the status of WXM and Vortech .

I tried resetting both of them multiple times to get them separate, but always end up being same
Was that the correct screen shot you wanted?
You have only one connected . Try to connect the second one again , follow the process to the LETTER and make sure the first one is DISCONNECTED from the wall plug BEFORE you try to pair the second one .Report here if you encounter more problems .

I tried resetting the VorTechs with Vor1 unplugged and it did not show a new outlet. They were still showing as one. I unplugged Vor2 and reset it, but they are still showing as one unit. Any other ideas?
Delete pumps outlet and reboot the controller . Update VXM again and reconnect the pumps following the instructions on here . Make sure you dont miss any step and follow those instructions to the letter . It has been done thousands of time before . It should work . Report if problems .

Hey Alain,
I followed those steps...one by one...and still only showing one pump. It did create two new outlets, but the second outlet shows pump as missing. Both are connected to the 1st outlet.
I am going to start from scratch and see if different results.
What do you mean by : both are connected to the 1st outlet ? Post a screen shot of the module page as before showing the pumps and the WXM status .
Alain
Hello,
The screen shot looks just like before. Only one outlet created and both pumps controlled by the same outlet. I am also now having trouble with the config page (old apex pages). My module shows, but I can not edit it.

Is the vortech power brick connected to a wall plug or an EBx outlet ?
Alain
the wall

my whole apex seems to be going crazy now.....display is not showing everything the way it was and config mod page does not allow editing....look at how there is no name in the above picture....the scroll down shows nothing
Reboot the controller , it should clear up things .
Alain
how do I reboot it?
Sorry...really new to this whole thing =)
found it in manual
System -> Net _> restart
The simplest way is to just pull the EBx power cord from the wall plug, wait a minute or so and connect it back . The controller will re-start .
Alain
I reset the module multiple times, and tried reattaching the pumps several times, and still always show as 1 pump....all i have done is mess up my radios =(
I may just have to leave them as 1
Contact Neptune support , they will be able to help you .
Alain
Ok,
Thanks for all the help!!!!
I contacted customer service, and we got a fix for the problem. I am posting their solution below incase others are having similar issues.
It's likely you need to reset the Vortechs so they can work separately. They likely are in slave/master mode to each other and need to be reset. Reset instructions are here:
- Reset the pumps to factory settings (Mode+set, mode, set)
- Unplug WXM
- Reset the pumps again
- Delete WXM (Configuration> module setup)
- Plug WXM back in
- Atttach pumps (mode+set, tap set)
