I recently changed out my internal wireless router from a dlink to a tp-link. I can access the main page of my apex, but not the graphs.
any ideas geniuses?

What happens when you click the Graphs link? Are you saying that the graph page does load at all, or that the page loads but the graph doesn't work, or something else?

Russ,
no idea why it is working now, but from my internal network i can do what I please with regard to the Apex. I haven't a clue why before I couldn't see the graph page. It would 'seem' to be loading but then a blank page would appear.
Now, my last hurdle is getting the port forwarded from the outside world.
my apex is a static 192.168.1.5, and port 1980 is configured on the APEX. The Arris Router's public-facing address is 68.173.39.30 and I (thought) I'd configured port 5500 for accessing it. All of this was working before I changed out the local router (which was a Dlink ancient device) for a TP-LINK because it supports 802.11 b/c/n - and my company has some bleep-software that required it.
WHat else can I tell you that perhaps you might help me fix this?
THank you in advance!

If you can access the classic dashboard at all, the the router is not likely the problem.

Post screen shots of the Apex network settings and the router's port forwarding setup please.
You don't have to jump through all these networking hoops if you use APEX Fusion.

I'm all 'solved' - but can someone tell me how to mark my thread as such??
Thank you folks!
