    wire managenment

    Hi,
I have mounted Apex, modules and EB on a side of my cabinet. All components are attached to a board and the board is attached to the cabinet with side hinges, there is about 4cm gap between the board and the cabinet. The cables are coming out from the cabinet through holes drilled in it and go in the 4 cm gap. There is lots of cables coiled up in between the cabinet and the board. The board is 40cm x 50cm in size. I also mounted 2 Royal exclusive speedy controllers on that board, one for return pump one for the skimmer.

I have 2 PH probes and salinity probe. 4 Tunze controlled by VDM.

Is there anything you can use to create interference barrier, except solid barriers? something flexible to put cord inside it?

When routing the cables would you group them together and isolate somehow for interference? for example; all 240v cords runs alongside together and put in a duct? But then these cables must come out to be connected to apex, so they will come out in the space between the side of the cabinet and the board. Would all these cables in this gap cause interference and cause inaccurate reading off all probes?

If you run them in panduit, just zip ties the probe wires to the teeth so that there is at least 1cm spacing between the probe wire and any other wire. The 240 cords can be bundled together.

Thanks you. What about 240v Cables and Aquabus cords?

It's good practice to bundle them separately, but won't make much of a difference.
