Yes, I have the newest firmware, yes I updated the modules, no they are not hidden in the hidden tiles area, yes the EB8 outlets show on my cell phone app and in the classic dash board as well as the aquacontroller. Yes I did a quick search before asking this. Yes I tried different aquabus cables.
Please help.
Also, even though both EB8's seem to work fine and show up fine everyone but fusion, only one shows a green status light.
Firmware Version: 4.40_8F15,
The bottom EB8 is new, the Top one is about 2 years old.
Since it is showing up in all the other dash boards.....is it just burned out? I don't have it connected to the main apex base unit I have it connected to another EB8 that is connected to the base unit. Does the status light not come on in that scenario?
Just for fun I switched all the cables around, tried different cables, took the bottom EB8 out and just ran it with the top.....I get a green status light on the apex but the light on the top EB8 never comes on. I can however, plug a fan into all 8 outlets and work them and program them and they work (Just no light).
I think I obviously have two separate issues here.
1) Fusion not showing my EB8s
2) My status light on one of the EB8s
The fix was to unlink the apex from my current dashboard, generate a new link code and relink it.
Of course, this AFTER I spent about two hours reviewing how to manually code an apex the old way and setting up most of my devices.
I will say that the complexity offered in what you can do manually if you understand it gives you far superior funcationality over using the wizards.
