Saving PAR data? Any tips, suggestions?

ApexFusion will only keep the data for so long. We are considering different methods to store PAR data and were curious what tips and suggestions the Neptune community may offer.

One could note in text the location of the sensor, depth in the tank, intensity of the light, and PAR.

Next to Frilly green Acropora millepora, 12.5" deep into the tank, directly under EcoTech Radion XR30 at 15%.(5" above water) Par 200 (Making up these numbers for example)

One could also take a screen shot of the data to show the graph as the light ramps up and down.

Perhaps both could be done in Microsoft OneNote or other similar searchable note takers that can hold data and text. Any other tips, suggestions, recommendations for a good way to organize and store this data long term.

I would do it in excel, with column for PAR, depth, distance from source, current lighting intensity, and a note about location.

That will allow you to easily sort and analyze the data
