I posted a thread that I wish they’d sticky for a 4-step on this. No, Edge is not the ONLY browser that it works in, but like Neptune- I can’t go around testing 4,000 different operating system forks, so I just picked the most popular OS and the built in browser for my instructions.

Mind sharing how you get this to work in Chrome. The four steps don't seem to apply to Chrome. Thanks!

This is because chrome doesn't support HLS nativlely. There's an open-source HLS library that Neptune could add to the neptune page to support Nest on Chrome and mobile:
    https://video-dev.github.io/hls.js/stable/

One cool this with this library is that it allows you to have PIP so you can have your tank feed at the bottom right of the page while you navigate the rest of the fusion website.

Has anyone reached out to someone at Neptune to see why they haven't integrated it then?

No, do they have a public JIRA or something like that so we can add FR to?

I believe there is a update coming out to AOS that allows easy integration of the nest cam to fusion

I took a stab at this following the various comments: I was able to get my NEST CAM working on FUSION. First - without the HLS library, Chrome will not work - as EBNEWBIE noted above. Safari does work, and I assume that any other browser that can natively support HLS will work.
Last - on my iPhone10 it does not show on the main screen BUT if I hit the [] button for full screen video, it does work (Screenshots included).

Next - steps to finding the right URL to add. I took screenshots for those that want to see about duplicating the process. I am testing with an outdoor facing NEST CAM so ignore the actual images as they are not of an aquarium.
Screenshot 2019-09-13 20.54.34.png1. Find the PUBLIC URL for your NEST Camera after enabling public sharing.
Screenshot 2019-09-13 20.55.25.jpg2. Verify you can view the URL in browser tab. I use CHROME for this whole sequence.
Screenshot 2019-09-13 21.01.32.jpg3. Right Click - choose INSPECT (NOT View Source).

    Continued-
Attachment 11387 You get this view. Use CTRL-F or CMD-F (for FIND).
Attachment 11388type MPEG and it should scroll to the right line in the code
Attachment 11389This is the line you want to COPY/PASTE into FUSION.
Attachment 11390Mine looks like this and it works using FUSION on SAFARI.

IMG_7753.jpgand on the iPhone FUSION app - no video:

IMG_7754.jpgbut when viewing the full screen view when clicking the [] button under where the video should be playing... maybe this is something NEPTUNE might see how to resolve, not sure but I assume they are rendering these two views differently.

Feel free to try with my shared NEST CAM as long as I have it shared...
it wont be forever but if it helps anyone, I don't mind.

This now works with full streaming for me in the Apex Fusion app Was it something at Neptune’s side or iOS13?
