WXM - Programming Mp40 Quiet Drives - Missing Information - Help

    Good morning All,

I was hoping I could get some assistance.
I have my 2 Mp40 Quiet Drives plugged into a EB4. WXM status is green, and I reset the drivers on the pumps making one a (Master) and the other the (Slave).
I wasn't sure the if EB4 outlets for The Vortech_R and Vortech_L were the issue?

But for some reasom I'm getting this? "Missing Information" Not sure what I'm missing.

Thank you in advance for your help,
    Mark Cap

It means the WXM is not communicating with the MP40 controllers. The EB outlet has nothing to do with it.

    Thank you gcrawford,

I unplugged, and replugged back in the USB connection to the WXM, but no change. What do you suggest my options are?

Sorry for the double post.....I would recommend clearing the mp40 controller memory, remove the virtual outlets created in the apex and then re-connect them via web instructions at the top of this section of the forum. It will walk you through initial setup step by step.

    Thank you,

That make sense. Last question; Do I need to have the 2 EB4 outlets listed as you see on the screen shot?

Only if you want to turn the power to the pumps on and off. Otherwise, they can plug into any regular power outlet and you gain two switched outlets for other things.
