Your pressing feedb?
any modifications to the programming so my returns and other stuff don't shut when I press FEED B?
Yea, it's working. You forgot to press FeedB knuckle head lol.
Ok now just go into the pump settings under advance and remove the code that references FeedB
next question. the light already went off. How can I leave it on for lets say 2 hours?
Cool, like I said I wish I knew this setting about a year and half ago. We would have company and my wife would say show them the blue lights so they can see the corals pop...I would always have to tell her it's too big of a pain to change my light scem all around. Of course she said come on then I would have to change it then change it back. This is sweet FeedB NICE
I added "Min Time 020:00 Then OFF" but Feedb only stays on for 5 min. need help again...
so I changed line 1 to "If FeedB 055 Then Coralview" but as soon as I updated the light went on without me pressing FeedB. so strange...., Ill be up all night until I get this right. You still around Coralnerd?
you mentioned going to the old dashboard and I found another tread that indicates thata where I need to change the time for the feed modes. Im tryng to download the classic dashboard but Im at a point that says "setting the IP address will replace the existing configuration of the apex controller and reboot the apex to enable the settings" Now Im afraid to continue since Im afraid Ill lose all my programs. Am I just being paranoid?
Not sure did you try what I last mentioned?
I would just wait till someone else chimes in. You don't want to alter your existing radion lights too much. I would just leave it alone till someone tells you
HOW TO EXTEND THE FEED PROGRAM PAST 5 MIN???
Wouldn't
If FeedB 055 Then Coralview
add 55 minutes to the 5 minutes FeedB is currently set for?
Ok. just put my IP address into the address bar and it took me to the classic dashboard after I entered my username and password. went to configuration/misc set up and bingo, there were the times for the feed modes. changed feed b to 120 minutes. Now I can go to bed.... thanks again
what i'm trying to figure out is how to disable the program running during the day if i want to activate a profile that is less intense then my schedualed lights. for example if my schedualed lights are at intensity 70% and i activate a profile that is 20% intense nothing happens as the schedualed lights are priority with my program currently.
this is my program on my radion g4s
Fallback OFF

If Output Stormy = ON Then storm
If Output lights_day = ON Then yellow
If Output Show_lights = ON Then show
if i activate output stormy which is a very dim light but my program is currently running a 70% intensity light nothing will happen. but if i activate "show_lights" which is a brighter setting then my graph program is running i will see a difrence.
any suggestions i'm pretty new at this, my 2nd day with apex
I did mine a little different. I didn't use any feedmode buttons. I made a virtual outlet called ShowLight20k. The code in it is simply "set off"
This is really nothing more than a switch I use to turn the profile off and on. I then created the light profile, and named it show20k. Then go to your light code and type in "If output showlight20k on then show20k" That's all it takes. I flip the switch on the dashboard and the lights change to that profile until I turn it back. I also used the same concept to make green and red light profiles. If my tank gets too cold, my lights will go green. If it gets too hot, they will turn red. Of course, under normal conditions, it won't ever happen. Both of them I also set up the same as above, but tied them to temps AND a switch...so I can test it manually, but then it also reacts if the temp is out of whack.
Hey guys, thanks for all of the posts here... It will probably save me a bunch of time on my new Radions! Just one thing I can figure out. Where/how do I create a new lighting profile? I have my standard reef scheme setup and running from dusk till moon set, but how do I setup different profiles to hold different schemes? I don't see anything in fusion that lets me do it, or even see multiple profiles. Any help would be appreciated.
