WAV keep on turning on and off

I have 2 WAV running the same profile
The one on the right keep on running for several second and stop for several sec, and run several sec and stop several sec. Kept on doing this for 20 minutes so far.
Try resetting the WAV by turning it off. Check all my cable connection and upload the profile to the right side WAV. Firmware is current. It ran fine since I got it - 3 weeks ago.
And still have this issue.
Any idea? I also try searching in the forum for post like this and can't find any

Ironically since I post this question, the right WAV is worsen, it spin for a split seconds every 20 sec-ish.

I even did a constant 10% and no luck- same issue
only works at "ON" 100% or off

What version of firmware is running on the Apex?

When you set first up the WAVs, did you update the 1LINK and WAVs as directed in the Getting Started Guide?

yes update WAV and 1LINK per getting started Guide
did this for both WAV and 1Link

Check the right pump - remove the cage and impeller to see if there is any sand or debris inside. If it's clean, contact tech support for further diagnostics.

Well after all kind of troubleshooting I decided to remove the LINK1 and WAV module and reinstall it and reset the wifi and network
and that fixed it
so in doubt restart to the very beginning

I have the same issue Just that it is the left one instead. it worked fine since i bought them the last week of march and i just noticed it yesterday that its doing that. I want to make sure i under stand i've already checked it for debris and cleaned the pumps still having the same issue. shouldn't this be an error in the pump and shouldn't it be giving you a warning or an error code and bike boy you said you disconnected the 1 link module and plugged it back in and solved the issue

I did not see any error code or warning either. It just stop working (it only works on 100% or off). Unplug all cables on 1 LINK, Aquabase Unit and power.
Let it sit for a minute or two. Than plug back in.
I think while I tinker with the WAV profile % too many times, somehow when updating it to the apex it broke some connection between the neptune and WAV.
Anyway try this and see how it goes for you.

alright been 3 weeks and it was going fine and now same thing happens. WAV goes on and off randomly. Only works on "ON mode" 100%. Try to remove the LINK1 and WAV module and reinstall it and reset the wifi and network. This time no luck.
I did notice something weird.
The 1Link is blinking green all the time never solid. Is that normal. (trying to eliminate that its the 1 Link causing this issue)
under control status/module status the 1Link showing that its missing
According to the manual it should be solid
the version of the 1Link is 2.03
and the version for the WAV is 3.16

no lights on the 1link box in the status area
NO WAV and DOS
the power supply brick has a green light
its plug into the wall not through the e8

ok I think the 1Link is dead, can't control the one working WAV the other not working at all
feed mode only turn off skimmer not the WAV anymore

oh well, no WAV time to buy a cheap pump to get the water moving
only a month old WAV system and encounter this issue - boo
