    timing out and unable to connect errors on the iPhone app

    i have been getting timing out and unable to connect errors on the iPhone app every time after i changed the data login to 1 minute.

    can some thing be done to fix this?

    Change the data logging interval back to a realistic period. I suggest using the default of 10 minutes.

    Change to 10 min and iPad is still getting errors

    It's still trying to load the excessive amount of data generated while you had the logging at 1 minute.

    I would purge all logged data from the Apex.

    Do you mean because the sliders have gray bars? Those are safety covers, present by default on touch-screen devices. Swipe to left to open, swipe right to close again. Or, use the button in the upper right corner to open all safely covers.

    i got what you mean. one issue is that if i set the fusion on the home screen as an icon , it will prompt me to login unlike the Fusion app
