Which switch is low ATO? Sw3ATO?

I dont see an issue with the code then (assuming up is open down is closed). Are you certain this is showing CLOSED for at least the defer length, or did you just press it down or see the water level be low?

I actually can't get to the float easily so I'm not doing it manually. Lately I have been hearing my ATO pump running dry, I check my Apex and see that sw2ato is closed yet no text message or email. I just don't get it.

    Yes down is closed.

So so I have you stumped, huh? I just don't get it...another week, ato low, switch closed, yet no text message. This is not good. IMG_0577.jpg

What is the StopATOalert, and what triggers that? It may be interfering with your notifications, setting it to OFF state.

It is only associated with sw3 and sw4: it stops them from continually texting me once the switches are open for long periods of time.

If StopATOalert is on (as it is in the screenshot) it will suppress alarms from before g triggered by and statements above the If Output StopATOalert line in the email output program, including the Sw2 line.

Move the If Sw2ato statement down below the StopATOalert line. See if that solves the problem.
Please do not send me PMs with technical questions or requesting assistance - use the forums for Apex help. PM me ONLY if the matter is of a private or personal nature. Thanks.
