This Apex isn't presently connected to Fusion.

I tried opening fusion and I'm getting a warning that my apex isn't connected to Fusion. I haven't made any changes or done anything the display module shows apex commk. Any ideas?

I just logged into the apex aquacontroller through the IP address from my computer. Went to network setup page and clicked the "reboot after update" box then hit update network settings and after the reboot fusion is back up and running. If you can still log into your apex give it a try hope it helps.

Hasn't given me the "disconnected from fusion" message but it did do this, I went to change an outlet (from my phone) and it immediately went back to the original position. Other times I've noticed it takes about 60 seconds to go back to the original position. Any ideas on that?

Were you on Fusion or the classic dashboard when you were on your phone? Fusion can have fairly long delays. The classic dashboard has much shorter delays, sometimes appearing to respond almost immediately.

That was on Fusion. When it happens I can go through the app and make changes there. Just a small thing but I'm curious.

Typically my Fusion delays are approximately 45 seconds. I have seen longer, maybe about 60-70 seconds. The action is performed by the Apex halfway through the delay from when you move a slider switch in Fusion until you see an indication in Fusion of the action having been performed. As I said above, delays in classic dashboard control actions are miniscule, if noticeable at all.

That said, the Apex program is executed in successive iterations as in a loop. This execution loop does have some noticeable execution time which may appear to us as a delay. I do not know authoritatively how long this execution loop takes or how long a delay is provided, if any, between ending the "loop" and starting it again. I presume the actual execution time is mainly driven by how much total code has to be executed per iteration through the code.
