    New Apex Won't connect

    I have a classic Apex and have just purchased the New Apex. I'm following the directions online. I've disconnected my apex classic from it's ethernet connection. I first tried to connect the new Apex via it's built in WiFi....the steps completed to the last one, but when I entered my local WiFi password, it failed connection....yes I tried several time and even checked the router admin page to make sure the password was correct....I tried restarting the apex, but still no dice....

    So, I then tried connecting via Ethernet directly. Now Apex fusion won't accept my username and password. Again I've tried restarting the apex controller and the whole shebang with no improvement.

    Follow up-

    I pushed the "reset" button and started over with WiFI--this time I got the wifi to connect, but when I try to enter my fusion login, I get this error:

    Error

    Use admin / 1234, not your Apex Fusion login.

    I am trying to set my new Apex up. The apex local will not accept admin 123 as a password. It tells me that it is incorrect. Can anybody help. Ive been at this for 2 days.

    The password is 1234. Your post only shows 123.
