Blank display, flashing yellow lights.

I went through the process as instructed by the pdf and now my apex I beleive is in bootloader mode and needs the new update. But when I try to update and firmware it can not find my apex and times out. Trying to connect over and over again but can not. Right now my eb8 is flashing yellow, the apex brain is flashing yellow and my display is blank. I have tried to unplug every thing and wait a bit then plug it all back in but nothing.


What do I do from here ?

Submit a ticket to Neptune Support staff while you wait for someone here on the forum to come up with a better idea. I do suspect, though, that you will need the tech support guys on this one.
