Apex jr/eb4 issues

Just set up my apex Jr.. And for some reason, the apex Jr sees the eb4 module but only 4.1 the other 3 arent visible outlets 2,3,4...apexfusion see 4.1 but that's it..can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong. Also connected to the apex Jr are an eb8 temp/pm1&2 modules

Are all 4 EB4 outlets listed on the Fusion Outputs page?

Also thru the IP address... The eb4 isn't connected, but fusion has it...confusing isn't it lol

You need to be clear and detailed please. Even for an experienced person who is reasonably adept at deciphering posts like this, this is vague and unclear.

The only way I know how to describe it is as follows,, the eb4 has only 1 live outlet working and is programmable, the other 3 outlets aren't live and arent available to program.. Anyway ty for trying to help...

Can you post a screen shot of your output page, also do you have an additional eb4 or are you referring to the 4 base outlets on the apex Jr (if so they are totally different components just for your knowledge)

Only the 1 outlet you see on the eb4 is active.the other 3 I can't find...

Disconnect the EB4. Delete it using the Module setup page. Wait a minute, then reconnect the EB4. Wait a minute again then check the outlets list.
