There's no input on the graphs from my temp and ph probes. Any ideas how to fix it?

I am interested in this as well. My fusion has suddenly stopped displaying graphs. Last day that a graph was listed was on 9/3.
Just set up my controller on Friday, still no graphs. What's the deal?
Hey all
I am brand new here and just set mine up as well and nothing here for me either..
I wrote directly to Neptune, they advised to remove your controller from your apex fusion account, and the. reconnect following the getting started guide, and my graphs started showing up the following morning
Good thing I just started haha thanks! i will give that a try
Made those changes, I hope they show up tomorrow haha
Looks like my graphs are still not showing up.
I disconnected the main unit, did a network reset and even did a full memory wipe on the main unit.
Hmmm..
Any other ideas?
On page 145 of the comprehensive reference manual it describes how to possible correct corrupted logs and this could be why you are seeing them on local and not Fusion

Everything is fixed now, I just had to re-update the Apex again and bam! this morning it works
Had the same issue, inquired on a prior post. Next day getting e-mails of Apex loosing comm. after checking a few things, no control of anything and all modules are flashing. lucky BRS has next day Saturday. spent the weekend reprogramming new 2016.
Mine is doing this with blank graph images on fusion BUT on local web page 192.168. its ok,,, i have rebooted and the modules are up to date.

nevermind second reboot and waited 15 or 20 min and data is now showing,,, weird though
I've had this problem recently. I did not accept just deleting logs. We found a synchronization problem in the time between the Apex Local and Apex Fusion systems. This first happened to me in March (2018) around Daylight Savings adjustment. It reported all logging had stopped, while it showed local it did not show in fusion. As first step support looked to delete the logs. We got it working again, finding after the log deletion there was an inconsistency between time in the device and time on ApexFusion (which showed three days ahead). Correct sync resolved.
This time my setting to synchronize via NTP was found to be off. This again allowed the ApexFusion and ApexLocal to get out of sync. Turning on and resetting resulted in graphs displaying again within 24 hours. Maybe the delay in time synchronization?
Either way, if you have issues with graphs not showing, check time synchronization between your local and the Fusion web. Good first check before you start deleting things.
