My APEX isn't functioning as it should.

I have had a new Apex unit for a couple of months and just got around setting it up.
I did my placements and wiring everything was working fine. I only had 4 outlets used on my power strip.
Last item I connected was my chiller. It’s a small Resun chiller and says the chiller is a little over 6A.
    Again everything was working fine.
After about 3 hours I checked my aquarium and the chiller was off.
It seems like that outlet was somehow disabled!
After that I just removed the chiller from that outlet and connected to the next outlet.
    The chiller started to work.
I tested the disabled outlet with another device and seems completely dead.
To make the story short, same thing happened to the second outlet, no alarms, no blinking…. I repeated the process one outlet after the other and now I have 4 outlets that are not working.
Can you please tell me if this is a software mechanism!? Is there a way to reset those outlets? Are these outlets now permanently damaged?

Can you go I. And look at the amp draw for each outlet? Sounds like you might have burned them out. I think they are rated for 8 amps and even though your chiller says 6 it certainly sounds chiller relayed

Is there anyone else from Technical Support who could assist me with this?

Everyone here are hobbyists, we are not representatives of Neptune. I would suggest you use the links at the top of the page to submit a ticket to Neptune support to see if they can help.

I have had the same type of problem. Here's what I did to reset it.
Completely power it down. Disconnect the power bar from the controller. Press the reset button (on the back of the power bar by the power cord. Plug it back in and reconnect the bus to the controller. I then logged in local, not thru fusion, and went to settings and rebooted the controller. All outlets were back online then. Prior to losing an outlet the little indicator was flashing on the power bar for that outlet, but fusion only reported like 4 amps, so don't know what the problem was for sure but on the chance it was due to total amp demand I did the following. Removed my return pump and a light fixture from the power bar. I then used two relay outlets from an old Digital Aquatics Reefkeeper controller. They are plugged into the wall outlet directly for power to the fixture and controlled (on and off) by a separate cord to the Apex power bar that triggers an a.c. relay in the DA RK remote power module.

The four outlets that are no longer working... What happens when you plug a household lamp into them? Can you toggle them on/off through fusion or the native dashboard?
