Help! No Comm!!

we had a brief power outage today, when the power came back on my display show's "No Comm" and and I can't connect to fusion. Ive already rebooted many times and also tried the "init memory" but still showing "No Comm". been trying to link but can't get a token. Please help

I have the same issue but mine is a brand new unit and no,power failures.
