Low water level float switch

I have an old Jebao powerhead installed near the bottom of my saltwater mixing barrel. It is controlled by the apex to run for 5 min every hour just to stir up the water a little. I have a float switch installed a little higher than the powerhead that should disable the pump if the water gets to low. (I am using a DOS for AWC) That way it will not run dry. There is also a heater at the bottom of the barrel that the same float switch should disable if the water is too low. The Jebao worked fine until I added the float switch. I noticed today powerhead was not turning on every hour. Is there something wrong with my programming? this should be fairly simple.

If NSW-Lo CLOSED Then Off

Unrelated to your issue - Fallback should probably be OFF for that outlet rather than ON
