I have not had a single connection issue with my Apex until I upgraded to the latest version of the software (5.00_AB16). Now I show 5 disconnects in the last 24 hours and says my Apex is not connected currently. There are no network issues and this wasn't an issue until this update. Would be really nice if Neptune would actually have a changelog for their updates so people would know if they need to upgrade or not. Wish I had just left it alone now.
I started having the same issue just after my power went out for the Hurricane a few weeks ago. My 3 or 4 days, my Apex will randomly disconnect. I did the upgrade a few days ago and it seems to be getting worse. Every time I have to cut the power to it in order for it to reconnect.
I haven't seen anymore since I unplugged it from the EB832 and plugged it back in that night. Might still be happening and I just haven't noticed yet.
I've power cycled everything and unplugged and haven't been able to get it to function correctly again. It started mid day today.
