    EB832 solid yellow and no outlets working after move to different room?

    My Apex is 2016 model. Moved to my new tank after a trial on old tank and now my EB832 is solid yellow with no power to any outlets. My apex is connected fine with new software 4.2. Rebooted and reset my dashboard but nothing? Any way to fix?

    Should the reset actually shut off and reboot? It does nothing for me. My WAV pumps dont even stop.

    Reset is a circuit breaker type switch. So it only does something if the circuit hiccups for some reason and it tripped. May get Russ to chime in, but if it were mine, step 2 would be to unplug and replug the data connections.

    do you mean fusion? My Apex is working and my modules (at least WAV have not moved my probes into new tank yet).

    2 ways to access it. Through Fusion or through your local network. Do you have access through either of them? There is a system reset setting you can use that is similar to ctrl alt del on a pc. It is a forced reset of the system.
    I use local network to access mine unless travelling.

    I can access the eb 8 32 on my dashboard but it doesnt have a reset. It has an error symbol.

    System settings (gears), Misc settings (wrench) bottom of the page to Reboot system, send to cloud.

    Symbol- Red circle with exclamation mark in it. Tried reboot, checked the box and hit "update apex but nothing happened... no reboot?

    Go to the Modules page in either Apex Local or Apex Fusion, select the EB832 then update the module firmware.

    If you have more than one EB832 showing on the Modules page but do not actually have more than one EB832, post a screen shot of the Modules list.

    BTW, all Apex 2016 AOS is version 5.xx. So not sure what you mean by v4.2.

    Thanks for taking time to help as I am old to reefing but new (and struggling) with all this new technology. I updated the firmware. The EB832 show a voltage error. Try ing to post screen shots now... I suck with computers

    Having the exact same problem. What did you do to fix this? Did you reboot?

    So I kept updating my eb832 firmware and eventually worked... took a few tries

    Same problem. Updated a bunch of times and no luck. I even deleted the module and re added and it came back with the same issue. I have the Red ! but it doesn't say Voltage error
