    Question Classic Dashboard Issue lags on load???

    Hi, I have updated to the latest firmware about a week ago, and when I tried to go into the classic Dashboard I wasn't able to log into it anymore. I figured that it was something wrong with the network connection but a week later this is still an issue. Is there a way to go back to the older firmware? Or can I reload the new firmware again to see if this clears up the issue. I have attached a picture of how the Dashboard looks and how it just locks and doesn't totally load. Does anyone else have this issue and if so how did you fix it?

    Your firmware probably is fine, but yes you can reload the firmware. However I would start by reloading the Webpages as think this is where your issue could be.

    thank you for the response. I have tried to log into classic dashboard through various computers and it gives me the same screen and just freezes. I've power cycled the router and will try to do that for the Apex tonight. If that doesn't work I'll try to connect the apex and router via cable and see if that works. If not I will then try to reinstall the firmware and hope that works.

    Got this to work. Had to reinstall the firmware again.
