DOS Reservoir and level sensor disappeared form Apex

I have had the Neptune DOS and DOS reservoir running successfully for about the past 6 months. However, over the past week I began getting low level alarms despite not having low levels in the reservoir. I am just getting around to try and fix the issue. However, I am noticing that the DOS reservoir is gone from my APEX fusion dashboard. It is not in the hidden panel, either.

I updated the firmware when I first installed and it worked fine over the months. So far I have reconnected the reservoir and restarted the Apex without any success.

A couple people from this post are noting the same issue over the past weeks...

    Please help!

07-15-2018: Same issue for me. How do I get it back? By the way, I'm using the Neptune Systems Apex Classic with the latest firmware 4.53_AB17.

The DDR tile will show up when it detects a correct voltage drop across the IR diodes used in the optical sensors. If that diode failed, the tile will disappear. The only way to get it back is to replace the optical sensors.

Same thing to mine. Has there been any solution to this issue since it was posted in 2016?

Edit... I just checked back and my dashboard indicated that now I had "new tiles" and I checked and there they were when they weren't there before. I pulled them down and voila my DDR reservoir is back on my dashboard. wonky and weird...
