    Output Configuration

I have just upgraded the firmware and started using APEX Fusion. I have not been able to change any of the settings for any of my outlets.
I change the settings, then select Update Apex. I get a Success message every time. Then, when I go back to the Output Configuration, none of the settings changes. Instead, it is the original settings for that outlet.
Diagnostics is showing that it is communicating:
This Apex is presently connected to Fusion.
It last communicated with Fusion at 03:19, a few seconds ago.

I am able to turn outlets on and off, just not change the settings for them.

When you say settings do you mean the programming code? Are you using the advanced programming or the Wizards?

when you save it, there is a popup that shows the saving progress and an OK button. If you hit that OK button before it is actually done the change is not saved.

Thank you. I have tried both the wizard and advanced programming.
I have waited until the success message comes on before I hit ok and it still does not change the programming.

I am currently having, what sounds like, the same issue. Did you ever find a solution to this problem?

Check your changes on the local classic dashboard and see if they actually changed. If they did then fusion is working just not updating. When this has happened to me I just remove my apex from fusion, generate a new fusion key on the classic dashboard, and add my apex back to fusion and the problem goes away. You may want to give that a try.

I believe you simply need to reset your Apex device. Instructions for resetting can be found on Neptune's website. If this doesn't work, try deleting your device from the Fusion interface, and going through the process of generating a new token. Hope this helps.
