    Fusion HELP!!!

    Apex Disconnected and won't reconnect.

    So I bought an Apex light used. I made an account linked fusion. Even had some help programing the heater. it stayed online for 15 mins. Now is disconnected. This is the second time it has done this after going through all the steps. It is not the internet it is plugged into the back of router. PLEASE HELP

    Justin I have tried everything including unplugging Ethernet cable. Resetting modem. I even factory reset it. Once I did that fusion worked. But only for 15 mins I have done this two times and both times it works for 15/30 mins then won't connect to fusion. It says comm ok on Apex until as well

    What model Apex do you have (2016/classic/lite/jr) and do you have a display?

    Yes have the Display. Apex Lite

    Ok, Click the center button and go to system->net setup->ip address and try to open that in a browser window.

    What IP address did your Apex have? Also, what's the IP of the device you're trying to connect from?

    correct it says cannot connect to server

    Are the status lights on your Apex green?

    it is plugged directly into the ethernet cord on the router. Im on the wifi no using my macbook. and both lights are showing green and orange for ethernet. both status lights are green on eb8 and aqua controller and display says comm ok.

    Do you have another device you could use to try and connect to http://10.0.0.135? Maybe a cell phone on wifi or something?

    It seems like your Apex is running "normally" or at least it thinks it is.

    It won't load on my phone just tried
    Could not connect to the server.

    If this helps I spent 3 hours searching forums and doing everything last night. I did a factory reset and got a new token. This worked for 15 mins then stopped. Did the same thing again and worked for 15 mins then stopped so there is another issue.

    Hrmmm...someone might come along with some other suggestions, but at this point I'd probably try updating the webpages/possibly firmware on the Apex manually and see if that resolves the issue.
