Bought new PM1 ph module for Apex Jr. No setup options

I recently bought a PM1 module with lab grade ph probe and temp probe. Initially the module were detected and received an address, but I were unable to change/modify any setting. As it was late, I left it for today.

This morning at first I tried to reset the entire system. After that the status listed the PM1 as missing. The status led on the module is lit solid green. Tried moving the aqueous directly to Apexjr, but no change in status.

Another strange thing is that I have access through Fusion, and can login and see the main page on the Web interface, but I am unable to enter any menus, as it try to connect, but nothing further happens.

Software version 4.40 updated in November last year.

I see that the module is grey. Does that make a difference compatibility wise?

From the local web page go to the configuration tab choose the module setup option. In the module pull down at the top find the pm1 and click it. Then click the remove module button. Once it's removed unplug it from the apex aquabus and wait 2 minutes and then plug it back in. It should show up now and allow you to calibrate the probes etc.

Thanks Krazie4Acans. I have tried your advice, and were able to enter the calibration process. Midway I received a calibration error. When trying to redo the calibration, the module went missing again. Redeleted and installed the module, but unable to calibrate, as if the module is missing again. In the status it shows OK.
