Can't login to Apex Fusion

I can't login to my Apex Fusion account.

So far I've reset my password twice, updated the firmware and reset my controller.

I can login to the controller locally with no issues.

Any bright ideas?

Your apex base should have no bearing on your ability to login to Apex Fusion (http://apexfusion.com). You'll have a separate username/password for your local apex and the apex fusion cloud service. If you've reset your password on apexfusion.com and still aren't able to login I would contact support.
