Have you confirmed that the temp probe is actually set to C, not F, using the Classic Dashboard Configuration-> Probe/Input Setup page, or are you thinking that it’s in C because the reading is low?

Probably just an odd and rare bug. Try updating the firmware and then try changing it again and see if it sticks. I am not certain about this but I vaguely recall a restart being required after changing displayed units, so you might want to try restarting after changing as well.
You might be an engineer if...You have no life and can prove it mathematically.
its changing from Celsius to farenheight a couple times and I did a restart also
