    Mac OS and iOS Issues

I have always used a PC to do programing and my iPad to do monitoring. Recently I switched to MAC and now know I have an issue. I got a new PM1 to setup my CO2 Reactor and tried to do configuration of ny device. come to find out the classic dashboard does not work on either my MAC or iPad. I saw a thread for a beta version 4.5 that says it resolves the issue, but the link says I do not have permissions. I saw another link for 4.51 and it also says it resolves the issue, but there is no Mac link.

Is there any idea when we might be able to get a fix? This is not good.

This is a link to the latest Apex Classic firmware. https://www.neptunesystems.com/firmware/

If your issue still persists after this update I would try another browser.

And you're seeing this issue with multiple browsers?

This is a known issue with recent Safari versions for Mac and iOS.

New firmware is about to be released with workarounds for the Safari issue.

You can also use Chrome or Firefox.

Yes! This is a real issue and I guess, based on RussM's post, there is nothing I can do about it.

    Except wait.

Or you could use the alternatives I offered... Chrome or Firefox.

The new firmware was announced today as well.

I've experienced this when accessing the web interface, but just use chrome in the rare case I need to access the old dashboard. Fusion works flawlessly on any browser including Safari. Not a biggie, like the previous OPs sad. Use a different browser.

I wanted to add that I also use Chrome with no issues. Safari does not work.

Have you updated your Apex Classic to the latest firmware (4.51_2E17), including the web page update?

I did last week actually and Safari was the first thing I tried. It hangs up on the first screen. I believe Safari is not loading the login interface and the webpage is waiting for a successful login. Interestingly, if I load Apex Classic into Chrome, login and then copy and paste into Safari, the pages load, but the fames are all blank.

That last statement is not 100% accurate. All the switches load fine. All the graphs and values (temp, pH, ORP, Amp, etc) load as empty squares. I just use Chrome.

I normally use Firefox, but I just tried Safari (My MBP has Sierra w/ all available updates installed), and I see no issues... probe tiles have graphed data.
