    Question AquaController Display Module

    My AquaController Display Module suddenly has no data displayed. My remote computer display and Fusion are working fine. The AC display module is back lighted as normal, but no data or menus. I moved the USB conection to several known good ports on the EB8 to no avail. Help

    Start with following the steps Paul has in this post:

    If that still doesn't bring it back open a ticket with support.

    FWIW I've had 2 differrent displays do this. Both had to be sent in...
    Do NOT, under any circumstance, delete the display from your module list.

    Same issue got it fixed and its off again!!

    I had same issue left it for a few months because I use the computer but got on to support they linked in last night fixed it with the new firmware that is in beta and it put up quite a fight and started working. Bad news is that I had a power outage over night and display has stopped working again. So back to square one again

    FWIW, I had the same thing happen once after a power outage. I did not follow the steps, and deleted the module. Whoops. Now I know, follow the steps.

    I dropped a support ticket, and they were able to remote into my system and bring it back online. So, there is hope
